You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt of proof of purchase.
Please note all personalised items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item, notifying you on the status of your refund.
mid approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your card issuers policies, you should receive the credit with a few days.
